Jude has nearly 25 years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions in the energy and power sectors both domestically and internationally. He has worked on a wide range of projects in the renewable energy (including offshore wind), carbon capture, gas-fired power, nuclear power, mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and telecommunications industries in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
